Do you acknowledge and understand that if you are retained by KRICSC & Bio Recovery 911 you will be working as an independent vendor; the completion of this application shall not be construed as creating an employee/employer/agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you or any of your agents and employees and KRICSC & Bio Recovery 911; that it is the intent of the parties that every vendor/contractor performing work for KRICSC & Bio Recovery 911. be and remains an independent vendor/contractor and not employees of KRICSC & Bio Recovery 911; and that no vendor has the right to receive work from KRICSC & Bio Recovery 911, and that work shall be awarded based on performance which is determined on an individual basis.

Leasing Information
You can now lease your service area from Bio Recovery 911. This will make sure we send all calls that come in to our call center be forwarded to your designated area. We will assist you in marketing If you lease the area you are in you will be the one to receive that call for that area . We will not call some one else to do the job's in that area if you lease it .
If you lease you will have access to a chat room that requires a user name and pass word to get into that section.
If you lease you are responeable for all taxes, license and insurance for your company , in what ever state you are in requires.
If you need help with insurance billing we can help you with that also with our new set up for uploads and downloads where you will also need a username and password. This will save time and money. You have no phone calls or mailing of paper work. This part of the site is locked and you can only go where you need to go , no one can just look to see what is uploaded there Each member will have their own secured designated area. No one can see what you upload or download but you and us. No other member will have access to your part of this site. There is a fee for our help with this billing.
If you are new to this industry or wanting to add this to your company The chat room will allow you to talk to other people who have worked at this for a longer period of time and will allow you to ask questions about this industry with other crime scene companies. This is a live chat room.
The lease areas very from 150 miles or more.
Lease fees very from area to area and will remain the same from year to year. There will be a 10% administration fee which covers phone bills, marketing and dispatching etc.
